We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, we will be happy to accept returns as long as they are returned to us within 28 days of delivery to you for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.  You, as the customer, will be liable for postage to return the goods to us and in event of exchange will be liable for the postage of the exchanged product.

Free in-store returns

Please obtain proof of postage as items returned are your responsibility until received by us.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

Items must be:-

• Unopened if in sealed packaging, unused, and unworn
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
• Must not be damaged or show signs of wear

You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears due to hygiene reasons.

Any plants that are despatched may differ slightly to the picture on the website and whilst we make every effort to send you a plant that is as close to the photo as we can it is inevitable that your plant will be different in terms of size, colour and shape. 

Returns of Damaged goods – We give you seven days in which to advise us of any damage or defect, or damage caused by the delivery process.  We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures before returns can be accepted.  We will also accept responsibility for the postage costs.

Any item/s returned that have been purchased using a gift card will be refunded as a store credit.

To return a product, send the product back to Blooming Amazing Plants & Gifts, Castell Y Gwynt, Trefeglwys, Caersws, Powys SY17 5QG.  Goods to be returned  via Royal Mail, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.  We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights
